RAQIM delivers across all governorates in Egypt. Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and operational conditions. Where applicable, you will receive delivery or tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and returned with all original packaging and accompanying materials. Proof of purchase may be required.

This policy applies to products purchased directly from RAQIM. Products purchased through another retailer are subject to that retailer’s own return and refund policy.
