Exchange Policy:
Items are eligible for exchange within two weeks from order delivery. Items need to be unworn, in original condition, and with all its packaging. In such cases Shipping is to be covered by customer.
Return Policy:
We accept returns for items purchased directly from Raqim online store. For products bought through us as exclusive distributor of NUNCIER, please contact us directly to follow the return and refund policy.
We’re committed to the quality and craftsmanship of Nuncier watches. If you need to make a return, we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Returns:
Warranty Claims: Any watch that has been opened, tampered with, or altered by a third party outside of Nuncier or our authorized service partners will no longer be eligible for warranty coverage.
Damaged or Defective Products: Should you receive a damaged or defective item due to shipping or handling, please contact us within (7) seven days of receiving your order. We’ll cover the shipping costs for any eligible returns. Late reports will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Missing Items or Order Discrepancies: Customers must report any missing parts, incorrect items, or issues with their order within (7) seven days of receiving the package. Reports made after this period may not be eligible for review or replacement, in accordance with general consumer protection and logistics handling timelines.
Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and include all original packaging, guarantee certificates, and instructions.
Non-Refundable Items: We’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind, customs refusal, or dissatisfaction with product aesthetics, as we provide all product details online to help you make an informed decision. Discounted / PRE ORDER items are not eligible for a return / refund.
Return Process
Request: Please complete our return form here within 2 days of receiving your product to initiate a return.
Packaging & Shipping: Pack your item securely to avoid any damage during shipping. We recommend an insured shipping method for added protection.
Shipping the Product Back: After declaring your return, please send it back within 7 days using a registered parcel labeled as “watch for return/repair.” Any customs charges due to incorrect labeling will be the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection & Approval: Upon receipt, we’ll inspect the item and confirm if it meets our return conditions. Applicable refunds or exchanges will then be processed.
Return Requirements
Items must be returned in their original, new condition, with no signs of wear or damage. Please include all original packaging, such as accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
Customers will be responsible for customs and shipping charges.
